I hold a CompTIA ITF+, CompTIA A+ and Axelos ITILv4 and am currently enrolled in a Cybersecurity & Information Assurance program at Western Governors University. Throughout my career, I’ve had the pleasure of serving in numerous key roles including Technical Support Rep and Telecom Operator. I’m also comfortable triaging, prioritizing, and resolving basic to complex technical issues while de-escalating angry or distressed callers.My track record of accomplishment includes helping secure several prosecutions by providing sworn testimony in depositions and trials.
