CurrentCreate communication plans and deliverables (video, written, and graphical) for information technology changes, pilots, rollouts, and updates. Craft clear technical communications for end-users to understand what is changing, how it will affect them, and any required actions through multiple mediums like email, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, ServiceNow, video, infographics, and more - regularly contacting various populations of MSK’s 20,000 employees.Write, edit, publish, and circulate internal/external articles on organizational accomplishments, notable initiatives, and colleagues, resulting in hundreds of views and engagements per article.Record, produce and edit video profiles and spotlights for distribution in multiple communications channels - reaching thousands of staff.
