As Strategy Director, I work closely with our clients to advise and support on their digital initiatives.I synthesize the best tools, tactics, and strategies to help our clients outlearn their competition, uncover what users want, and create experiences that matter. My areas of interest include:- User experience- Design thinking- Lean startup- Business analysisI'm also responsible for the operations across Skylab, supporting our account directors, strategists, project managers, designers and developers.

As Technical Director, I'm responsible for all technical output of our studio.Alongside my co-founders, we have grown Skylab from a team of 3 to the award-winning agency it is today.Along the way, I have been responsible for many of the technology, platform, process and people decisions.
