Together with MAI, industry partners and universities, we developed and delivered training and certification programs designed to improve the skills, knowledge and attitude of engineering graduates, in order to address the diverse needs of the automotive industry. Programs attracted graduates from all over the country and involved a blend of lectures, workshops and internships. Personally developed the curriculum for a significant portion of the program and built an online component (using Canvas). Taught seven cohorts, over 200 students in total, and the program remains in place and highly viable today. Classes were of 20 to 60 students, on average 6 classes a semester.Consistently achieved excellent student feedback, among the highest in the entire faculty.
