I have 20 years experience working in the professional services sector, and spent a decade as a trusted advisor, connector and confidant to firm leaders whilst CEO of London based Managing Partners' Forum. I now lead domestic and international growth of Performance Leader, a consulting and software firm that helps organisations create high performance, feedback cultures. Having launched the firm’s London office prior to departing the UK and established a WA presence in 2016, I continue to view the professional services landscape from both local and global perspectives. Our clients are a diverse mixture of services firms - ambitious organisations - small and large, and drawn from across different sectors. I see a real spectrum of approaches being taken to modernising performance and feedback - from traditional to progressive and everything in between. It’s true that one size most certainly does not fit all.In my view, a winning strategy is about creating short term wins, whilst having the flexibility to develop your approach and focus over time.
