• Developed and implemented a best practice to prevent failures on seismic monitoring wells. Designed and conducted an experiment to test proposed failure reduction method, created analytical wellbore model to test.
• Designed and implemented the “Artificial Lift Bad Actor Program”, a systematic process to identify wells with high artificial lift repair costs and develop solutions to reduce failure frequency. Program resulted in 1.7.
