E-Payments Business Unit Manager
Current• Assists with configuration setups of E-Payments (In-store, Online) • Provides Management for Payment-related projects that require coordination between multiple departments and third parties• Develops and executes departmental e-payment policies, practices, and processes within the bounds of the ECRS’ mission, vision, and values.• Prioritizes e-payment Services Department programs and projects based on organizational objectives dealing with changing needs, resource capacity constraints, risk exposure, etc• Acts as a product expert, leader, and advocate for E-Payments • Measurable Incremental Improvement of overall team performance• Ensures e-payment services team members receive adequate technical, product, and skills training, coaching, and counseling to enable them to contribute to the success of the department and the organization.• Holds resources accountable, works to remove obstacles to team members’ success, and escalates issues appropriately.
