Countryside Golf course is a 36 hole public golf course in Mundelein, Illinois. As a guest services associate I Sanitized Golf Carts to ensure the safety of the customers throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, and guided customers to their golf cart, giving them proper instructions. I also assisted in the organization and planning of large events consisting of 100 to 200 people.

Independence Grove is a branch of the Lake County Forest Preserve district and offers boats and bikes to those who want to further their recreational experience at Independence Grove. I worked as a Team Leader and led a team of marina attendants to assure the forest preserve safety policies were utilized. Additionally, I designed an updated system of transporting equipment to efficiently recycle old, used equipment, and replace it with updated equipment. On the customer service side, I educated customers and camps on the safety policies to minimize any preventable issues throughout their visit.

Link Crew is a program through Libertyville High School that supports incoming freshmen through their first year of school. Two leaders are selected per group and act as mentors. As a Link Crew Leader I coordinated a group of ten incoming freshmen by showing them around the high school and mentoring them within the first semester and collaborated with another leader in organizing activities and lessons for the freshman leading to one of the highest rates of freshmen success in Illinois. I was selected among a group of 50 high school seniors to represent the senior class in presenting an excellent example for the freshmen.

Bagels by the Book is a locally owned business centered in Libertyville, Illinois that serves local customers on a daily basis. As a general Employee, I resolved issues that affected customers experiences resulting in high customer satisfaction, and analyzed sales and highly selected items in order to correctly make and supply a sufficient enough of bagels for customers. Additionally, I modified the POS system in order to efficiently take orders and fix errors with online and over the phone orders.
