• Used SolidWorks to modify sheet metal parts to account for expected k-factors of the specific brake press being used to form the parts.• Designed a custom brake press die in SolidWorks that was built and utilized to fabricate fuse holder brackets.• Engineered a custom jig for welders assembling structural I-beams that required guiding clips placed at various positions and angles.• Employed SolidWorks and AutoCAD to create and modify drawings/parts to be used for production.• Performed inspections on steel fabricated parts using measuring tools such as digital calipers, height gauge, micrometer, and the tape measure to ensure they were as per drawing dimensions.
