• Used SolidWorks to modify sheet metal parts to account for expected k-factors of the specific brake press being used to form the parts.
• Designed a custom brake press die in SolidWorks that was built and utilized to fabricate fuse holder brackets.
• Engineered a custom jig for welders assembling structural I-beams that required guiding clips placed at various positions and angles.
• Employed SolidWorks and AutoCAD to create and modify drawings/parts to be used for production.
• Performed inspections on steel fabricated parts using measuring tools such as digital calipers, height gauge, micrometer, and the tape measure to ensure they were as per drawing dimensions.
