Research the cybersecurity risks in the domain of the CAPER research to support the emerging smart gridcybersecurity standards and vulnerability assessments

I utilize my previously learned knowledge and skills to develop software to increase efficiency within the Enterprise Technology Department. The first major project I developed and implemented for this department is a user authorization program. This program was developed with the department's requirements and information I learned from the department's resources to make the process of granting individuals access to their Capital Market dashboard efficient and user friendly.

Oneliance is the premier construction cleaning, skilled labor, and general labor provider for the Charlotte, NC area. At Oneliance, I was hired to use my diverse set of technology, networking, and business skills to help improve the efficiency of the company. I initially designed and implemented a website for both internal and external use within all departments. After this task was over, I developed and pitched a program to one of the largest General Contractors in the area, Cambridge Swinerton. The program was used to properly document the construction process, which allowed them to correctly back charge to under performing sub contractors and recuperate over hundreds of thousands of dollars when used from the start of a project. I proceeded to develop new systems within the company, but I also assist in every department per their request. A full length description is attached below.

I was initially hired at this position to perform statistical analyses tasks for the College of Computer and Informatics at UNCC. I would take Big Data and construct a readable report or presentation to be presented by my superior to the CCI Dean and certain members of the CCI staff. These stats would be used to help improve the efficiency and structure of the college as a whole. I constructed and implemented various software and programs to reduce the task's time to complete by over 90%. One the most effective programs I developed and implemented was a Java program that would take in Big Data form the Network System and convert the data into a readable desired report. This program turned a 3 to 4 month process into a 4 minute process. My main goal at this position was to increase efficiency, while completing the necessary tasks to maintain the college's accurate self reports.

Established a working business model with 20 repeatable customers within the first few months of establishment of this subcontracting and landscaping business. I initially founded the business by going door to door pitching my company, until the client base grew through word of mouth. I managed all aspects of this company and performed all the labor to support the services. The labor included but not limited to: landscape renovation, remodeling interior and exterior, building houses and structures, repairing existing structures, and many other tasks involved in subcontracting and landscaping.

I was initially hired to help the company get caught up on their ample filing, but as I proved my skill set to the owner and I was able to develop into an administrative assistant role. In this position, I would assist almost every department in various ways. While covering absent people's shifts, I would develop company training manuals to reduce training time and costs. While I was assisting in administrative departments, I would also develop systems and organizational strategies to improve efficiency within the company. Throughout the employment, I would assist in repairing and maintaining the network, devices ranging from routers and switches to printers, installation of new technology, and any technology assistance they would need. I also assisted in the human resources department, lead several activities in the activities department, operated the front desk, and assisted in the business department with financial and company related work.

I was initially hired as a temporary assistant to help organize the warehouse. Through hard work and communication, I was able to prove my technological skills to the CEO of the company. She gave me the opportunity to develop my technical skills and prove my worth to the company. I started off mostly shadowing the lead technicians on onsite installations and customer assistance. After I was integrated into the new work environment, they took no time to give me technical tasks to both help the company and myself grow. The initial tasks were but not limited to: network security, network maintenance, network installation, router and switch installations, computer repair on large scale, install Meraki switches, install Cisco wireless access points, install AP systems, install servers, cloning over 200 computers to client's standards, onsite repairs ranging from computer repair to satellite network grid configuration, data center maintenance, remote control client assistance, work with the legal department to recuperate over 5,000 dollars in back charges, push software updates, effective client communication of needs to create reports, wiring and satellite installation, and be the lead technician for contracted events. I was also the lead technician for a contracted event of over 150 people, where I was responsible for the entire network and everyone's devices.
