- Provided outstanding customer service to golfers by carrying bags to and from the car, cleaning clubs and answering any questions patrons might have- Worked with large groups during company events with companies such as Srixon and Titleist- Assisted a wide demographic of people and ages, including customers with language barriers- Opened and prepared carts so that the day starts off on time @6:30 am- Trained new employees by assisting them in how to prepare carts and provide outstanding customer service- Take on additional responsibilities as needed (ex. Assisting in the Pro Shop with checking in customers, explaining course rules and answering any questions they may have)

During my internship experience, I was exposed to a very competitive sales environment. This included having the opportunity to work close side with sales leadership teams, and other cross functional teams. I have learned a plentitude of sales skills as well. From managing my own pipeline, doing competitive research, getting exposed to CRM's, and making cold calls daily. With everything I have learned, I was fortunate to onboard a new customer! Great learning experience, as well as meeting great people!

- Assisted customers in store by locating items and using forklifts to obtain large items off shelves- Stocked shelves and restocked items when needed- Lead others to compete in top sales (My section was Plumbing)
