I have been working for Network Courier as Accounts Executive for the past 5 years – one of SMEs most successful courier business. I specialise mainly in Accounts, Admin and being a Sales coordinator. I manage credit control, Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank reconciliation etc.When I was much younger, I have always admired my mother’s, CFO(Chief Financial Officer) work. I would always help her do filing when I was still in primary school. During secondary school holidays I would work as an intern and learn the basics of Accounts. As I grew much older, I was very interested in Accounting and would love to do what my mother does.Working as an Accounts girl is never an easy job. Well, it is true! I ensure that everybody gets their payments & salaries on time. There is no time for slack in this industry. I am always striving to bring 100% to the work I do, and my goal as an Accounts Executive is to build strong, long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with my vendors and customers. I am a high energy, experienced, passionate about working hand-in-hand with customers to produce requirements and specifications that accurately reflect business. I naturally have passion for Accounts therefore I will do my job diligently. My priorities are to create a good working environment for my colleagues to work along with me so we all can achieve greater heights together as ONE. I have a major role in leading the way for my colleagues. I ensure that everybody meets their requirements.I have a jovial personality and an outspoken person. When it comes to work my colleagues and I are discipline. I am a friendly person apart from work. I invest my time on building relationships rather than investing money. I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before suggesting ideas. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I am at my best working together as a team.
