My role was to plan and coordinate logistics operations for the June 7th California Primary Election. It was essential to keep the communication and collaboration smoothly with the Chief Registrar, Office Administrators, and Logistics Manager. To further ensure that the operational success, I streamlined the processes and testing procedures of the election equipment. I was also responsible in the preventive maintenance measures for the equipment. I introduced a routine maintenance checklist, and ensured any repairs or replacement are done accordingly. I provided technical skills in identifying issues, diagnostic solutions, and preventive plans.

My responsibilities with the Giants include working with staff and travel executives to ensure gear and luggage gets loaded and transported to the team charter and from the charter back to park.

The contract was a Tier Level 5 Vendor with a budget cap of US$5 million in managing Capitol’s assets. The project was to facilitate and coordinate all receipts and installation of the assets. I liaise with high level executive management, manage key accounts and involved in successful negotiations.I was instrumental in improving customer related operational processes and procedures, enhancing productivity and revenue. I developed and introduced efficient and effective warehousing operation and control, therefore significantly reduced operating costs and increase profit margins. My role included business development and risk management.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: Providing a local moving team for mid level household moving tasks such as, packing, crating, loading & delivering household shipments within 100 miles (hourly). As an independent Contractor I hauled interstate shipments within the 11 Western States in a Kenworth tractor trailor rig (18 wheeler) for United Van Lines & Mayflower Van Lines. Sometimes being on the road for weeks. While at Farnsworth Express managed many of EFE's comercial moves as lead on newly booked O&I Projects. Provided logistical support and expertise to an area of moving O&I not familiar to Farnsworths long history of Household moving.

While working with RCS I served as a Lead Contractor in the O&I division. Managed and trained staff in the completion of large scale moves of Businesses. Spent limited time traveling shipments in semi tractor trailer within 2000 miles

Responsible for the daily dispatch activity covering 4 locations 25 trucks 90-100 movers. work closely with Corporate Sales Staff as well as High Value Products and the household division to log orders in dispatch book. Fax orders to Sub Contractors, create dispatch line up, follow up on the daily activity and put out fires and communicate with clients.

As an entry level mover I quickly adapted to the moving trade, became a driver within 3 months and was assigned and spent 9 months to the Bechtel Acct 45 Fremont-50 Beale. There I was responsible for completing work orders, logistical moves, logging &maintaining surplus inventory for space planning and asset management. Promoted to lead mover within 1 year and began running moving jobs while training new movers proper lifting techniques, loading moving vans, pad wrapping furniture and all around safety and proper use of equipment.
