* Drive for Results – In FY23 (April 2022 – March 2023), the store achieved double digit percent growth to LY and goal, which is the highest in all the Company’s North American stores. Other KPI achievements include accomplishing the highest conversion, ADS, and UPT in all the Company’s Canadian stores.* Entrepreneurship – Analyze and action upon the Profit and Loss Statement (P&L) to control costs and increase profitability. It is a priority to maximize the sales to SQFT ratio, and the store was able to double this metric compared to LY. Other measures include managing store supplies, maintenance, and client event expenses. Emphasis is also put on increasing product’s gross margin.* Ability to Recruit, Retain, and Develop – Hired multiple new team members upon the first month of joining and saw no turnover within the first twelve months. Through focuses on developing the team, multiple internal promotions took place.* Creativity – The first store to initiate a “Show Room Mentality” strategy in order to overcome post Covid product availability constraints. This initiative led to the highest usage and volume penetration of the company's platform "KorsConnect", an online catalogue tool to order products for clients that are out of stock in store. As a result, sales and transactions were generated that wouldn't have otherwise. Platform volume penetration is at 70%, the highest in all North American stores.* Clienteling – Generated one of the highest volume sales on the Tulip clienteling platform in Canada by fostering a relationship based selling environment. Store also utilized the Chinese centric app WeChat to connect and generate sales.* Operations – Fixed store's operational and LP deficiencies upon the initial months of joining. Store is now compliant with company's standards and also achieved shrink bonus.
