Hello, I’m Lois! I am an enthusiastic, loyal, caring, and hard-working person who has a passion for life and cats :)Throughout my career, I have always tried my best, learned new things from, and contributed to, great teams of people, with whom I’m still good friends with today.I have had a number of different roles now that span across Customer Service, Technical Complaints, Team Leadership, and Onboarding. I have great communication skills- both verbally and written- with stakeholders of all levels, both external and internal. I have come to realise that I will always truly care about the company I’m in and the people I work with; everything I do is to try to make other peoples’ lives better, and best serve the company’s interests. Whilst I would describe myself as an ambivert by nature, I will still speak up for myself and others around me when needed, and I love advocating for others who might not have a voice.I pick up new skills and concepts very quickly, from new pieces of software, through to memorising 20+ page policy documents for my role at Hiscox (and, in my personal life, I can tell you almost anything about DIY!)I would love a role with a company who will encourage me to learn new things, allow me to contribute wholly to the team I’m in, and who will value the work I do. In return, you will get a dedicated, intelligent and fun person to work with who will always give her all :)
