• Being in the Travel Retail team for Asia Pacific and Gulf Area gives me the opportunity to be exposed to companies regionally and to service them. • I had to manage the pricing system using SAP, with the different currencies. • Plan and execute Buying days in Italy, Hong Kong and Singapore with presentation of the new collection. Using the sales report and sell-out data, to develop recommended collection.

• Looking after the Philippines market, I had to assist in their new store opening, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment according to their sell-out and sell-in budget. This requires me to travel frequently to understand their local culture. • I was also involved in planning trainings for the retail staffs there as well as assisting them in marketing initiatives. • Subsequently, due to good performance, I was gotten to help out in local market where sales volumes are much bigger at that point of time.

• It was a period whereby Automated External Defibrillator (AED) was something very new to the mass market. I had to cold call to companies to introduce and educate them on this life-saving equipment. • Upon purchasing of the equipment, I had to conduct training to all the relevant personnel on the usage as well as simple CPR skills.

• Actively participating in tenders is my daily activity. I had to do a presentation on our products confidently to close the deal. Subsequently, I’ll need to follow up on the project closely to ensure things run smoothly to ensure customer satisfaction and to engage us again.
