"Driven by passion, not money"During the 2008 financial crisis, my mom’s investment portfolio lost nearly 50% of its value overnight. This sudden economic downturn was my first exposure to the finance sector. However, it also ignited my dream to become a financial advisor who helps people find financial security. My aspiration led me to pursue a finance, accounting, and business analytics degree at the Kelley School of Business. There, I learned from top professors on how to calculate the real value of investments and risk mitigation strategies. I also participated in the financial service club to help educate the local community about making rational investment decisions.My summer internships as a wealth management intern at KGI Asia further honed my knowledge on the various investment products and how to apply different investment strategies that can most effectively meet the clients' desired outcome. My internship experience and education has provided me with a solid foundation in the finance industry. Even though I may not be the in the industry, I aspire to become the best and help people make informed investment decisions.I am currently looking for summer 2025 internship preferably in wealth management or financial advisory.
