Taiwanese Business Association at Indiana University

The Taiwanese Business Association is a professional career development organization. We are the first and only business-related student organization at Indiana University that is specifically designed for Taiwanese students. The association aims to help members recognize their interests and pursue a career that aligns with their passion through career workshops, entrepreneurship mentoring, case competitions, and professional networking events. Our signature 3-Category plan for Career Growth focuses on individual interests and helps members gain practical experience and transferrable career skills during college. Our career and venture advising allows our members to launch their businesses or start their careers even before finishing college. 1. The foundation Involves building a solid resume and interview skills, attending career advising sessions, networking events, and guest speaker events. 2. Leadership Training All our members are encouraged to lead a project of their interest. Whether it is hosting an annual gala, a charity event, or a professional Q&A session. We want our members to gain leadership experience. 3. The Pursuit Once our members have recognized their interests and gained leadership experience, it’s time for them to pursue their dream. We offer one-on-one venture and career advising for our members.
