That site is being developed for connecting 45 Employment guidance center, registers the name of unemployed candidates who desire to seek employment. It is also used to process the data related to employer candidate and exchange. It also generates ER-I and ER-II (Employer Return) report to evaluate the employment in the state. Through this site a candidate can register and update their information with employment exchange. Employer could register himself with exchange and update their quarterly, yearly and requirement information with exchange.
