1.) Keeping a close eye on branch profitability & growth across all verticals via correct product mix with the objective to keep COR < 100%.2.) Spearheading the activities involving training, development of the team & channels and acquiring new channels with high focus on customer service.3.) Understanding risk, competition, opportunity and accordingly designing product pricing & opex cost.4.) Coordinating with claim team to keep the loss ratio under control.

1.) Responsible for the profitable growth and adequate market share.2.) Acquiring New Channels / Agents / Dealers / Banca Partners.3.) Felicitating claim supports to ensure timely and satisfactory after sales service to Customers/channel partners.4.) Regularly reviewing the loss making products / channels & developing ways & means to convert them as profitable one.

1.) Planning the MOP’s and ways to achieve it.2.) Regular training of the Bank staff on General Insurance products.3.) Maintaining very good relationships and taking the adequate mind share of the channel leadershipteam to achieve the MOP’s on time.

1.) On boarding new channel partners and direct sales team to drive the housing loan business.2.) Incorporating new agencies like Technical, FCU and Legal since it was a new setup.3.) Driving the policies and process to generate the business as per the guidelines keeping in mind the delinquency.

1.) Driving the RLP (Retail Lending Program) with the DST team.2.) Various activities involved are the campaigning in the target segment areas to increase the branchfootfall and along with the selling keeping a close eye on the delinquency part and working closely with the collection / credit team to lower down the same.

1.) Driving CASA with the DST team based on the rolls of HBL.2.) Responsibilities include keeping very strict monitoring and driving 30 accounts per executive.Also keeping in mind the bottom line which includes depletion and average productivity per executive.3.) Keeping smooth coordination with the branch team.
