Responsible for below factory:1. Clifton Cotton Mills Ltd.2. Clifton Apparels Ltd.(Knitting) 3. Kith Fashion Ltd.4. Clifton Paper Mills Ltd.5. Clifton Accessories Ltd.6. Clifton Garments & Apparels Industries Ltd.7. Clifton Apparels Printing Ltd. Providing technical support related to LAN, WAN, Computer hardware, Computer Accessories and Operating System. Diagnoses & resolves end-user mail, web, network, hardware & software problem. Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.). Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems of entire network system and IT related equipment`s & CCTV Camera Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems. Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone or anydesk, team viewer, to help set up systems or resolve issues. Setting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues. Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports. Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system. Testing and evaluating new technology. Maintaining documentation and hardware/software registers. = Collaborating with other members of the IT team and management. Outlook Mail configuration. Prepare Presentation Document and Present as per requirements. Install and configure Biometric Systems, DVR, and IT peripherals.
