I have experience working as a Lecturer. Skilled in Data Collection, Analysis, and presentation (Word/Excel) with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail.Now, I am a fifth-year P.h.D student at FIU Physics Department working under the supervision of professor Prem P. Chapagain. I am involved in different projects that cover a wide range of topics in the field of Computational Biophysics. I use different simulation techniques,e.g., Molecular Dynamics (MD), Targeted Molecular Dynamics (TMD), Steered Molecular Dynamics (SMD), Accelerated Molecular Dynamics (AMD) to investigate molecular-level details of biological entities such as protein, DNA, membrane, ligands that mimic a variety of biological systems using GPUs cased in High-Performance Computing facility of FIU. I, mainly, use NAMD software; and occasionally, Gromacs to simulate the systems. I also have hands-on experience in high-throughput screening of drug molecules using molecular docking with AutoDock Vina.
