In a credited internship with Penn State, I have the opportunity to learn about how a club as nationally-recognized as the Baltimore Orioles obtains and promotes corporate partners. Through this experience, I helped to create business proposals, research partnership opportunities, and develop professional communication skills. With previous box office experience, this internship allowed me to continue a passion for ticketing and ticket operations. I utilized the Archtics ticketing software to research accounts, process payments, and organize inventory for all corporate partners of the Orioles. During this internship, I helped to develop dozens of partnership ticketing offers, managed hundreds of transactions, and refined my knowledge and skills in sales, marketing, and box office operations.The Baltimore Orioles provide me with an exciting, fast-paced, and innovative environment to help me grow exponentially as a young professional. The organization allowed me to understand several of the key components creating a quality major league team.
