I began as a residential Realtor in Massachusetts in 2010, and over 9 years had the pleasure of helping clients in 63 different towns in MA – from Boston to Cape Cod and everywhere in-between. In 2019 I moved to Connecticut with my family, and now am dual licensed in MA & CT and work with homebuyers and sellers in both states. I've taken the same approach in CT and cover the entire state and buyers in all price points, and have already helped both buyers and sellers in 10 different towns here. One part of my job that I love and excel at is working with first-time home buyers. I enjoy helping people achieve their goal of home ownership (particularly on the first one) and have had the pleasure of repeat business and helping many of my clients upgrade, expand and purchase second homes as well. As an agent it is critical to have a great team of preferred vendors; finding a house is just the start, having a trusted team to guide you through the rest and get to the finish line is the goal. Rick Scherer of Onto Mortgage has been my right-hand man throughout my Real Estate career, and Ali Alavi of Alavi and Braza PC handles legal aspects of a transaction (and clients always walk out of a closing with a smile :)). Prior to real estate I held positions as both a Luxury Residential Home Appraiser and Loan Officer/Mortgage Planner, which helped equip me with knowledge to support my clients on details of home inspections and through the mortgage process.
