Reporting directly to ownership, I am responsible for all finance, accounting, and cash flow functions in this 85 year old, family owned Industrial Electrical Distributor. Controller Service & Sales is New England's premiere resource for electrical control components and industrial automation products. Controller Service has provided its customers with the finest control products, solutions, and services for over 85 years. We can supply solutions at either the component level or fully integrated "turn-key" control systems. Controller Service & Sales is an authorized distributor for some of the largest, most prominent control manufacturers in the world. Our largest lines include Eaton/Cutler-Hammer, ABB, Moxa and Idec. Overall, Controller Service supports more than 90 product lines. Our sales staff receives continuous training for all of our products; we can then share our product knowledge with our customers, enabling us to provide optimal service and product application knowledge.Controller Service & Sales has always distinguished itself with premier customer service and application support. Because of our roots in field service, Controller has the experience and knowledge to provide total control solutions. We can not only recommend specific control components and devices, but also design and fabricate complete control systems. Controller Service can also provide engineering services and project start-up service.

This is a voluntary position. The Brockton Area Workforce Investment Board (BAWIB) is a business-led, policy-setting board that oversees workforce development initiatives in our ten-community region. BAWIB, along with the Mayor of Brockton, charters CareerWorks, the One Stop Career Center operated by the University of Massachusetts Donahue Institute and YouthWorks, the youth career and educational resource center. Providing oversight and leveraging resources, BAWIB works with our community leaders to respond to current trends in our region.BAWIB works with employers to bring training resources to the region and to foster collaborations for regional priorities. We also serve as ambassador for the MA Workforce Training fund and conduct training sessions for employers. An additional focus of the Board is to respond to the need for Adult Basic Education (ABE) and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) resources into our region. Developing new strategies to build the capacity of the region, BAWIB has initiated a wide range of programming for ABE & ESOL residents. A full time staff manages operations and assists the Board in the implementation of policy and practices.

Three promotions and graduated top Navy/Marine from Radar(A) school. Attained rank of Sergeant in less than three years. US and Republic of Vietnam duty. Rated an outstanding leader and troubleshooter.
