• Provide leadership, management and training to financial analyst • Develop, enhance, and standardize reporting tools• Assist to design reports to analyze the billing performance of the practice

•Data and analytics – Manage database by cleaning data sent from client to develop monthly dashboard showing key success metrics. Analyze data to use for financial and utilization reporting and monitoring.•Teamwork and collaboration – Work closely with sales and marketing team to track client specific initiatives. Assist with prioritizing essential projects and manage deadlines. •Business development – Create presentations using client and industry data for key target markets. Investigate and analyze potential markets based on appropriateness criteria.

•Reconciliation management – develop effective procedures to ensure efficient reconciliation of federal grants, student loans, and federal work study•Reporting and data collection – assists in the compilation of data for a variety of reports, surveys, and questionnaires•Project management – coordinated “Do Not Anticipate” and aid cancelation process
