Including coaching sessions for specific priority groups e.g. disabled and girls- Support the development of the wider pool of teachers and sports coaches by tutoring informally- Actively support local cricket clubs with development programmes- Actively support the transition of young people from school to community sport

With the Senior Development Officer organised, set up and ran a variety of programs, including: School visit program (running clinics of up to 150 children at a time), girl’s specific school visits and promotional clinics. Also coached the under 13 and under 15 girl’s State teams with one other coach.

Working with 4 other staff at Woodbridge High School I planned and lead sessions in a range of sporting activities including football, cricket, dodge ball and volleyball to children aged 8-13 years old both in and outdoors. Developing my session planning and adaptability skills, as children were at different ability levels and I was unfamiliar with some sports.
