I manage a team of staff, Board, and volunteer fundraisers to design and implement our annual fundraising program. In 2020, when BCAction became a virtual organization, I moved our fundraising model from one that relied on in-person connections to one that thrives on virtual engagements.• Lead and mentor a Development Associate while ensuring the integrity of the $875K-$900K annual operating budget.• Drive collaboration strategies across the company with Finance, Marketing and Senior Leadership in establishing and implementing an average of 3-special fundraising events per year further generating an estimated $190K in donations annually.• Instrumental in cultivating, engaging and managing active high-end donors representing gifts over $1K through targeted engagement, communication, and events further ensuring their continued support • Create all social media and marketing materials proving beneficial in enhancing third-party fundraising through Facebook, peer-to-peer, in-person, and special business & partner promotions.• Partner with Development Associate in ensuring alignment with compliance with state charity registration requirements while engaging with Finance in preparing the annual audit.

Women's Audio Mission is a San Francisco based, non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of women in music production and the recording arts. • Owned direct responsibility for leading the database and platform migration from Salesforce to Neon without interruption while maintaining full business continuity and driving the donor solicitation efforts for Amplify!, a $2M Capital Campaign. • Drove the organizations first end-of-year appeal to donors while establishing and implementing the annual fundraising plan for 2016. • Collaborated with the Executive Director and Board Members in managing the framework and logistics for engaging donor gifts of $250K and greater.

San Francisco, California

Greenbelt Alliance shapes the rules that govern growth around the San Francisco Bay Area so that the right development happens in the right places. • Spearheaded event sponsorship engagements generating up to $10K per-donor while collaborating with the Development Director and Finance Director in creating an annual major gifts strategy proving instrumental in achieving revenue and expense projections.• Directly engaged with high-capacity donors, further cultivating a trusted relationship while fostering a cohesiveness in supporting this program, proving critical in receiving a $100K donation from one-donor.• Conceived and hosted “Savor the Greenbelt,” the organization’s annual fundraising event hosting a 100-person sit-down dinner further engaging Board Members and Major Donors and driving organizational awareness.• Performed in the absence of a Development Director in co-managing one Database Assistant while serving as the liaison between the Development and Finance Departments, managing the Development Committee, and reporting on fundraising activities and successes at quarterly Board Meetings.

• Instrumental in assisting the Development Director in managing appeals for gifts of $500 and greater while establishing and driving all donor cultivation and stewardship events to include the Greenbelt Alliance’s 50th Anniversary Celebration hosting more than 300 people in this one-time evening event.
