• Women's Audio Mission is a San Francisco based, non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of women in music production and the recording arts.
• Owned direct responsibility for leading the database and platform migration from Salesforce to Neon without interruption while maintaining full business continuity and driving the donor solicitation efforts for.
• Drove the organizations first end-of-year appeal to donors while establishing and implementing the annual fundraising plan for 2016.
• Collaborated with the Executive Director and Board Members in managing the framework and logistics for engaging donor gifts of $250K and greater.

• Greenbelt Alliance shapes the rules that govern growth around the San Francisco Bay Area so that the right development happens in the right places.
• Spearheaded event sponsorship engagements generating up to $10K per-donor while collaborating with the Development Director and Finance Director in creating an annual major gifts strategy proving instrumental in.
• Directly engaged with high-capacity donors, further cultivating a trusted relationship while fostering a cohesiveness in supporting this program, proving critical in receiving a $100K donation from one-donor.
