In payroll activities, I performed charge calculations, issued guides, and reconciled accounts using the Time Management System. This experience significantly enhanced my proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and spreadsheets.Beyond technical responsibilities, I dedicated myself to guiding employees on labor and union rights, providing information from the employee benefits manual. This approach emphasizes my communication skills, ensuring a clear understanding of company policies.In Executive Secretariat, I highlight my role in arranging travels, expense reporting, requisitions, managerial reports, and orders, including managing insurance for international travels. These tasks required strategic thinking and strong organizational skills, ensuring efficiency in complex processes.Throughout my experiences, I strengthened recruitment skills, conducted exit interviews, and contributed to employee engagement. Talent management naturally integrated into my approach, aligning company goals with continuous team development.Within the company, I developed interpersonal skills, improved communication, and maintained a constant commitment to confidentiality.
