• Select Staffing and EmployBridge MergerManage and oversee a top 5, high revenue branch under the direction of my Regional Manager• Retained as a member of the Select Family of Staffing via StaffStore (8/2006-8/2008) business acquisition, September 2008• Leading a team of 14 staff members, including 4 Personnel Supervisors/Recruiters, Personnel Manager, Compliance Administrator, 4 Onsite Team Members, Front Desk Coordinator, Business Development Manager and Operations Manager.• Manage branch aging and consistently make collections calls to clients to ensure a low DSO.• Develop and implement recruiting plans. Source through various web based resume search engines, including CareerBuilder, Monster, Snag-a-Job, Cal-Jobs, etc.• Process applications, interview and evaluate potential candidates to join internal team.• Contribute to branch sales and goals weekly, by meeting individual activity quotas which include: Telemarketing, field time with account reps, developing a ‘selling culture’ in the branch, encouraging all to ‘get up and sell’. • Worker’s Comp Certified, coordinate worker’s compensation injuries to ensure proper forms are complete, document and maintain a clear communication with associates, treating medical facility and Claims Analyst or Risk Manager.• Perform site risk evaluations when needed.
