Irene López is a UX and UI Designer Front End Developer (Acquisition) at Improving. I had the pleasure of working with Irene over the past 2 years on several critical initiatives. I first met her when she was hired onto the UX design team for our customer platform redesign project that I led. This was a time bound initiative with an aggressive timeline. She surprised me with her ability to learn the intricacies of our platform and processes considering she had no prior experience with HR products. I witnessed her growth as a designer and project management skills to organize multiple tasks for timely delivery.
