Credit risk analyst, Portfolio analyst, in charge of managing, evaluating, and approving the different the Firm’s (Corficolombiana, Corficolombiana Fiduciary, and broker CdB) corporate clients to grant counterparty facilities for the Trading Desk to national and international clients, as well as subsidiaries from Corficolombiana, identifying their coverage needs, financial performance, and operational situation:- Evaluate clients in several sectors, including Oil & Gas, Telecom, Retail, Automotive, Project Finance, Financial Institutions & Public sector with yearly revenues of over USD $10MM.- Analyze and define the company's financial situation to evaluate the client's payment capacity, considering financial performance, projections, way-outs, collaterals, and guarantees. Engaging in the process with all the areas involved (Risk, Markets, Business, and the board of directors). - Presentation of clients to the credit committee (Including senior portfolio managers, board of director & Shareholders)- Provide continuous oversight of Corporate, Financial Institution and Public sector names of the portfolio and including Group’s subsidiaries, exhibiting results and recognition of technical, conceptual, and internal policy quality.- Define the criteria and conditions for granting client’s facilities, ensuring optimal due diligence, and identifying mechanisms to mitigate financial and non-financial risks.- Evaluating the risk and credit concentration levels of the company and all its subsidiaries and associated companies according to the requirements of the control entities.- Develop and lead synergy projects among Corficolombiana's financial subsidiaries.

Credit structuring specialist responsible for consolidating credit operations of the Structured Finance Unit. Securing the 4G road projects and the different projects under a "Project Finance" structure. - Structuring projects with amounts greater than USD $3MM. - Support in the financial, legal, and operational evaluation of the project, working with all the counterparties involved in the structuring stages of the unit. - Structuring mega projects such as hydroelectric plants, roads, transportation, and energy with high complexity in terms of amounts, risk mitigation, special purpose vehicles, and financing sources. - Led successfully structuring projects characterized by complex structures and several financing sources.- Optimized the processes of structuring and verifying mega-projects for clients in construction and energy, based on Excel tools, where the delivery time of reports was reduced to 85% (from 8 hours to 60 minutes).- Presentation of clients to the credit committee (Including senior portfolio managers, board of director & Shareholders)- Provide continuous oversight of project Finance names of the portfolio, exhibiting results and recognition of technical, conceptual, and internal policy quality.
