I lead Developer & Communities Marketing for Latin America at Google Cloud, training the workforce of the future with technical skills. While I do this, I focus on underrepresented communities - after all, anyone can create technology. I am the creator and executive producer of Google's first podcast about DEI in Tech, available in Portuguese, Spanish and English.I also serve as an Inclusive Marketing Consultant and trainer for global marketing teams at Google and beyond. In 2022, I was fortunate enough to pioneer public insights to better represent plus size people in media (g.co/all-in). My work with the queer and trans community has also been meaningful, especially in helping make Google Photos more inclusive by centering the community's voices in the product development process. In exercise of my allyship, I've organized TransConf (an internal annual meetup for trans Googlers) since 2020, focusing on increasing Latinx/Black+ representation.I have been an international speaker in 3 languages for conferences like 3%, Talent Land and Lesbians Who Tech, and had my work featured by Forbes, AdAge, TechCrunch and Fast Company. I am passionate about contributing to organizations like Out&Equal, AMCHAM, ADCOLOR and Reprograma (Brazil) to amplify marginalized voices. It's been an honor to have my DEI work recognized by Out & Equal and the Webby Awards, as well as to be selected for leadership and masters programs at institutions like Stanford, Georgetown and the League of Intrapreneurs.
