Report to Monica Agbalog, Luxury Suites Manager and as the Suite Operations Intern, I play an integral support role within the Stadium Operations Department. Stadium Operations interns assist with Acrisure Stadium event management functions including staffing, communications, and operational preparations for stadium events such as Steeler games and University of Pittsburgh football games. I also aid in managing and operating the suite level at Acrisure Stadium while assisting in suite fulfillment, client requests, payment processing, and supervision of suite staff for football games.

I lead the operations of the bakery to bake bagels, muffins, cookies before we open. I am responsible for keeping a clean space to give customers their best experience. After I am done baking, I am responsible for preparing food for the rest of the day and making sure everything is ready for the next day of baking.

As a Game Day Intern, I receive hands-on experience in game-day operations within a professional sports environment with a focus on game-day processes and customer support. Some of my responsibilities include assisting, greeting, and providing benchmark customer service to guests of PNC Park before and during any event that is held at PNC Park. Security duties include following screening procedures for guests as they enter the Park, monitoring access points and restricted areas, monitor game day tickets on select levels and incident reporting.
