Serving our country as an Army Officer laid the foundation for my commitment to leadership, and throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of leading non-profits, building strong teams, and helping organizations thrive in both challenging and rewarding environments. One of the highlights of my career was leading the Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana, and the Girl Scouts of South Carolina-Mountains to Midlands, where I was able to witness firsthand the impact of empowering young girls and fostering community involvement. Now, after taking a well-deserved break, I look forward to shifting into leadership coaching and interim CEO work, where I can continue to mentor others and share the lessons I’ve learned over the years. While this chapter may be coming to a close, I’m excited for the opportunity to help future leaders develop their own strengths and make a lasting impact in their organizations.
