I review invoices for completeness and accuracy and follow up with customers or other division staff/management to resolve identified discrepanciesI complete monthly and quarterly audit preparation; closing reports and balance accounting spreadsheets to make sure the correct amounts are being billed to commercial and industrial customers.I contact other divisions to assist with researching billing questions and providing copies of supporting documentationI post payments to the appropriate accounts and apply credits when needed
