Responsible for research, analysis documentation, and resolution of Level Two Help Desk tickets for the U.S. Air Force DEAMS Oracle 11i E-Business Suite application. This includes determining the source of the problem (user error, data error, system issue/failure, code defect, or design change) via analysis of Production data, code, concurrent program and BPEL execution logs, and via replication testing. Responsible for resolving non-code issues by providing detailed instructions for manual problem resolution or by writing SQL scripts to correct data issues and initiate any additional processing of the data. For code issues, responsible for documenting defects and assisting Accenture Developers with understanding any necessary code modifications and testing requirements. Loaned to Test Team to assist with initial DIMES SOA testing (summer of 2014), and then responsible for creation of data update scripts for all DIMES interfaces, internal DIMES training, and review and approval of DIMES ticket resolution notes and scripts for other team members.

Responsible for creation of Functional and Technical Design documents, creation of new Forms, modifications to existing Forms and Reports, and testing of Oracle Forms and Reports for the USAF FIRST program. I was also responsible for presenting Technical Design for new Forms modules to the Air Force Program Management team and primary system users at the Pentagon. During late 2010 and early 2011, I worked part-time on analysis, code modification, and testing of client-submitted defects on reports (Oracle BI Publisher/XML and Oracle Reports) and Oracle Forms for the Air Force DEAMS project as part of a transition to the DEAAMS project.
Responsible for management of the IT support team, for all program administrative tasks (including contract funding, procurement, billing, collections, and staffing), and for interfacing with the site manager in order to support the changing network infrastructure and computer application needs as site demolition and cleanup progressed. Solely responsible for application support for all Oracle applications, for data maintenance support on all SqlServer applications, and for all tasks required to transfer electronic data to the Legacy Management contractor.
• Project Manager and Lead Application Developer responsible for technical analysis, project planning, and software conversion of the large, mission-critical Department of Energy environmental, safety, and health (MESH) application from a VAX/VMS Oracle Forms 3 platform to a Windows/NT, Developer/2000 release 6 platform. Responsible for performing all system and migration requirements analysis, creating the MESH migration plan documentation and project schedule, and monitoring project progress.• Lead Technical Analyst and Application Developer responsible for requirements analysis and software conversion of an employee training tracking application from a VAX/VMS Oracle Forms 3 platform to a Windows/NT Forms 6i platform. Technical mentor for teammates unfamiliar with Developer/2000 tools.• Senior Application Developer responsible for functional enhancements to the MESH system using Oracle, Oracle Forms 3.0, and SQL*Report in a VAX/VMS environment.• Senior Application Developer for requirements and data analysis, original implementation, and functional enhancements for a document management system using Oracle Developer/2000 release 1 in a client-server environment. The data for this application had to be migrated from an existing mainframe application to a relational database.• Sole Application Developer for the requirements definition, software design, development, testing, and maintenance of a Department of Energy site personnel security tracking system using Oracle Developer/2000 release 2 (Oracle Forms 5.0 and Oracle Reports 3.0) tools.
