Lora joined Cinnaire in January 2020. Before joining Cinnaire, Lora worked at LARC Community Development Group, serving as the Vice President of Asset Management. Her role involved collaborating with property management, state, local and federal agencies, and investors to manage and develop housing in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia, showcasing her extensive experience in the real estate and affordable housing sectors.Lora brings a unique perspective as the REO Portfolio Manager, having worked in property management and real estate development. She also draws on her expertise of over 30 years in affordable housing.Lora has presented at the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) Asset Management Conference and the National Association of State and Local Equity Funds (NASLEF) Conference. She currently sits on the CHN Detroit Advisory Committee. She previously sat on the Southfield Non-Profit Corporation Board and the Southfield Housing Commission Board, where she served as the president. Lora lives by her Personal Life Vision.
