I am in charge of all financial reports for the South Central Texas Chapter and Laredo Council for JDRF as well as the data entry for major fundraising events. I am the key staff member in preparing for our yearly audit. I provide support to development staff members daily and especially during fundraising events. I also recruit and supervise volunteers to assist in the daily operations of the office.

Supervised all Team Members at the front end of the store (food service, guest service, cashiers, and cart attendants) and resolved guest issues. Distributed lunch and break schedules to all front end Team Members as well as approaching them when corrective action was necessary.

Designed flyers and business cards for campus pub and RPI Young Actors Guild. General secretarial and office work: filing, answering phones, and handling faxes and emails.
