Received global leadership award for marketing contribution to this success.• Restructured the team in 2009 as part of company’s overall response to difficult market conditions, reducing headcount and expense by over 30% while maintaining critical marketing programs.• Reinforced ModusLink sustainability and thought leadership through strong relationships with industry analysts and publications and social media engagement. Developed initial proof of concept for the use of supply chain analytics to provide fact based differentiation for ModusLink services and then established a global team of supply chain professionals to re-engineer key client and prospect supply chains. • Team demonstrated greater than a 50% improvement in sales close rate where they were engaged and consistently delivered client savings in the 10% to 30% range.• Created differentiated capabilities for ModusLink in supply chain network optimization, inventory optimization, packaging redesign and sustainability.

Profit and Loss owner for e-Commerce services business unit with $35M in revenue.  Achieved financial turnaround of the unit – from a loss making business to one contributing double digit operating income.  Managed consistent delivery of client satisfaction improvements.

Responsible for operational capacity planning and co-ordinating multi-site client service execution across eight facilities in Europe - $230M revenue.• Developed regional sales and operations planning process and managed shift from individual site capacity plans to regional capacity balancing. • Developed comparative cost and customer performance site metrics to form the basis of continuous improvement projects

• Established formal account management function originally as a Business Manager.• Took over primary client account responsibility for all Irish business –$90M in revenue.

Responsible for the finance function for a new operational division that was focused on e-Commerce fulfilment. Established accounting function and set up financial infrastructure for the management of end user payments and taxes across Europe.

Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a business advisory specialisation in the consumer goods distribution and air transportation industries.
