I am a communicator for technology, hardware & software combined with a smidge of project management tendencies. When it comes to my client’s solution implementation, I HAVE to make sure they are being taken care of properly - my son likes to call it OCD. My knowledge base is a mile wide and an inch deep with 14 plus years in the IT industry, three plus years in telecom, and a brief stint in the MPLS network environment. MPLS helped to pull back the curtain on the “Cloud” and broaden my switching knowledge, like QoS, VoIP, bandwidth allocation and priority, traffic shaping etc.I specialize in partnering and know enough to rightly assess the pain point and desired results, to pull in the right certified specialists or partners to provide the best possible solution.
