I managed, mentored and developed a team of National Market Managers as well as led a newly created advertising sales team. I developed and implemented branded grassroots marketing campaigns to initiate and test in the field. My responsibilities also included media purchasing, analyzing growth and variances by channel, data sourcing analysis, budget execution in multiple markets, monthly or quarterly travel to markets to provide onsite support and review. Indianapolis, In

As the Indianapolis Market Manager I was responsible for all aspects of the market including customer service, publication content, advertising sales and member growth through grass roots marketing, traditional advertising and PR efforts. I also developed the annual budget for the Indianapolis budget and reviewed monthly for variances and ROI. Within this position I managed a small call center and office team that provided customer support to members. I ensured both of our customers, homeowners and service companies, were receiving high value service from our team. I spent time prospecting for new ad sales business, scheduling sales appointments, closing sales and managing accounts. I wrote content for our monthly publication including various educational and interesting articles on local businesses, homeowner tips and unusal landmarks in the city. This multifaceted role also included managing our PR efforts on a local level. I submitted press releases to local media, followed up to secure interviews and was a local spokesperson for several media outlets for both television and radio interviews.
