Oversee the Case Management Program, Academic Enrichment Program, and Educational Advocacy Services, serving over 2,000 clients annually. Supervise a team of Case Managers, Educational Services Coordinators, 70 volunteers yearly, and interns who identify, track, and respond to immigrants' social and educational needs. Collaborate closely with the Immigration Legal Services Program and Development Program. Coordinate yearly events, workshops, and presentations for more than 600 clients. Nurture partnerships and establish new ones to ensure program resources. Manage the program budget. Responsible for tracking and data analysis, monthly reports, meeting RBA goals, developing and implementing the yearly Program Business Action Plan, and supporting the organization’s strategic planning process.

Teach, elaborate and implement the Spanish class curriculum and cultural activities for children 3 to 6 years old at their Landmark Preschool Westport and Redding campuses.

Created an organized program, that included lesson plans and additional materials for preschool aged Spanish speaking children. Developed and implemented a workshop to support non-English speaking parents in developing tools to assist their young children with their school readiness program and school assignments. Worked with the Program Committee and Family Centers to develop and implement the Jump Start Pilot Program, which measured the impact of the NLS programs through a more direct intervention on 15 students. Researched and developed a methodology to improve the educational effectiveness of the ESL tutoring program.

Teach Spanish to children from pre-kindergarten to sixth grade. Research and translate songs and books from English to Spanish. Record compact discs of children's song in Spanish.

Coordinated interviews and news conferences for the ambassador, Venezuelan president and other officials when on mission in New York. Produced and Co-hosted weekly 15 minutes radio program on Venezuela’s participation in the United Nations. Prepared daily press summaries for the ambassador and weekly summaries for the Venezuelan Foreign Relations Ministry. Oversaw week-long-trip 260-member Venezuelan Youth Orchestra to New York City.
