Cornerstone Advocacy works with Twin Cities-area victims of domestic abuse or violence or of sex trafficking by helping them with immediate needs coupled with long-term support to help empower them to be independent. Cornerstone also operates the state-wide Day One Emergency Shelter & Hotline for Minneaota, where we help victims of abuse connect with local.

Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

I was responsible for general commercial matters for all Ecolab businesses, other than Ecolab’s Water and Food & Beverage businesses. The majority of my time was devoted to Ecolab’s $4B Global Institutional business, where my primary focus was supporting that business’s largest customer relationships. I worked closely with Ecolab’s Associate General.

My principal responsibilities at Ecolab include commercial law support for all of Ecolab's various businesses (other than Energy Services and Water Process Services). Most of my time is spent in long-term negotiations with Ecolab's largest global customers. I take a business-first view of legal matters.

At Lindquist & Vennum, I was a corporate attorney who primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions but also worked on several general commercial law matters.
