 Liderar la red de calidad de la empresa, orientando los diferentes procesos que se llevan en plantas de producción, centros de distribución y +600 puntos de venta distribuidos en 5 regiones del territorio nacional.  Mantener una comunicación asertiva con los orientadores de otras redes para garantizar procesos operativos acordes y distribución de productos inocuos a lo largo de la cadena de suministro. Seguimiento, cierre u aprobación de auditorías a los proveedores de Tostao´ como parte del análisis de riesgos. Liderar el proyecto de control de reciclaje para disminuir el impacto de los residuos generados en planta y tiendas a nivel nacional.

 Liderar la implementación del Certificado de Capacidad de Almacenamiento y Acondicionamiento (CCAA) exigido y evaluado por el INVIMA. Dar cumplimiento a la normativa nacional para los dispositivos médicos importados tanto en Colombia como en los demás países latinoamericanos donde hay operación por medio de la obtención de registros sanitarios Trabajar junto con los proveedores para asegurar la calidad del producto.  Mantener una comunicación activa con clientes para dar respuesta a no conformidades, y con proveedores para dar cumplimiento a estándares de calidad.

 Liderar la formulación y el plan de negocios, definiendo políticas generales de administración.  Realizar la documentación necesarios para el programa de aseguramiento de calidad exigido por la Secretaria de Salud.  Generar reportes de rendimiento analizando tendencias.  Coordinar logística de recibo de materia prima y despacho de producto terminado

• Actively involved in liaising with customers, suppliers and government representatives to ensure that the site distributes food that is safe , legal, meet quality attributes, and customer specification.• Provide guidance and on-going support to suppliers to facilitate compliance with quality and regulatory policies, Food Safety Programs (HACCP) procedures and product specifications.• Verify, compile and approve product specifications, certificate of analysis, product labels, audit documents and certificates from suppliers against client requirements. • Generate and analyse trends from site technical and customer KPI report • Prepare the site for annual BRC & other external/Customer audits in conjunction with Technical Manager• Review Non-Conformance Reports raised by the customers and provide corrective and preventive actions to the clients. • Liaise and co-operate with technical and commercial experts in procurement and logistics

Member of the QA team with key responsibilities on HACCP and CCP validation and verification. Accountable for the day to day factory audits on GMPs and reporting of them to the Technical Manager for auctioning. Accountable for calibration of the equipment such as thermometers and scales. Product inspection in order to approve the quality according to the agreed specification.• Daily CCP verification audits• Internal Audits on GMP, Fabrication, Glass & Hard Plastic, Hygiene.• Actively participating in Management and Technical meetings with suggestions for continuous improvement.• 3rd party audits – assisting the technical department with the customer’s audits.• Responsible for taste panels – sampling, preparation and reporting of the final results.• Conducting traceability exercises throughout the supply chain backwards and forwards.• Calibration of the equipment i.e. scales, probe thermometers, infrared probes.• KPIs including, customer complaints, internal non-conformances, product quality issues.• Accountable for customer complaints including investigation and reporting back to customers.• Updating the existing labels and creating labels for the new products according to the new FIR regulation.
