Total annual spend average of $92 Million USD per year on raw materials.• Successful negotiate direct purchase from supplier SAPA (the supplier never wanted to sell directly to Mexico, due it was easy for them to sell through their distribution center) this gave us cost reduction for $ 1 Million USD every time we purchased the raw material (every 5 moths) • 100 % achievement cost reduction requested per year (10% per spend per year during the 9 year I worked on Sensata)• Successful coordination and supervision of at least 4 program managers, in order to make them to get the cost reduction promised on time, avoiding any bad relation with suppliers, and helping them to avert any difficulty they could have in order to meet our project in time.• Coordinate and manage successfully important projects myself due the lack of personal to handle the metal´s project, avoiding material shortage, working with members of marketing, finance and customer service.
