As a Professional Services Supervisor some of my current responsibilities include: • Direct, assign, and review work of a team of professional staff. • Perform administrative duties, including ensuring compliance with statutes, human resources rules, policies, and procedures. • Serve as communication link between staff and management. • Represent Hennepin County at internal and external meetings. • Participate on the department division's management team. • Develop, recommend, implement, and interpret policies and regulations. • Serve as program lead and ensure program compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. • Generate operational plans for implementing strategic issues for the program. • Perform supervisory functions, including evaluating staff performance, adjusting grievances, giving out disciplinary actions, hiring staff, terminating staff, assigning work, and providing team coordination. • Assure staff development through performance appraisal, personal development planning, coaching, and training.

My contracting responsibilities include but are not limited to the following-• Draft clear, concise and legally enforceable contracts • Determine contract outcome requirements, and provide contract related assistance to providers;• Resolve contract related issues and complaints, and respond to requests for information.• Serve as primary contact for assigned human service contracts • Monitor and analyze provider performance, contract compliance, contract expenditures, and outcomes.• Conduct financial/programmatic reviews and site visits; issue corrective action plans.• Review and authorize payments to vendors as necessary
