- Scan invoices to HQ’s 3 times a week- Receive invoices in SAP & Oracle- Create PO’s- Enter Tech Packaging & PCWC invoices in tracking sheet- Reconcile invoices weekly- Buy levels for GES every two weeks- Keep inventory of shrink wrap for GES and Core warehouse- Purchase pallets as needed- Purchase office supplies as needed- Keep inventory of the office supplies- Report generation of: On time reporting, O31, Service Index, Accuracy Reports- Kronos Reconciliation - Knowledgeable of SAP system- Process JE’s on a monthly basis- Maintenance copy machines when they break- Have open communication with vendors- Call for repairs for vending machines, A/C, Roto Rooter

- Accept as many Network loads according to the needs of the company- Use the cost analysis model on the network runs to make sure we increase our earnings by 10%- Used Regis System to route the runs to the DC’s for a timely delivery- Use TDS to schedule the runs for drivers and to let warehouse know how many load are due- Award the bid board- Listen, understand and get to know the drivers needs - Have good communication system with all the DC’s, outside customers and other traffic centers- Attended Tag Team Meetings daily at 10am- Backfill Payroll- Member of the Traffic CI Team- Use TDS to check trailer availability- 100% engagement at OTR QBR’s – Rewards and Recognition - Pull and review finals daily- Coordinate returned of Quaker product- Process OTR vacations as requested- Assigned tractors and scorecards tractors hours of service utilization tractor model- Ensure that shipping load outs times are aligned with OTR driver dispatch schedule

- Truck KD’s/Participated in VIP Meetings every Tuesday- Update Scorecard- Update Aging Report daily- Run Pick list- Type feedback from RSR’s- Assist DSL’s with will calls- Assist RSR’s with questions
