Served as Conference Director for TACSC’s highly anticipated day summer conference, leading and facilitating a program for 106 students and 20 staff members. Formulated and oversaw strategic planning, execution, and coordination of all conference activities, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for attendees and staff members. As a Representative for the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business at the 12th Annual National Diversity Case Competition (NDCC), I played a pivotal role in crafting and presenting an innovative environmental justice toolkit for implementation at 3M. This experience required collaborative effort with a highly talented team. Engaging with a diverse cohort of peers from across the country, I gained valuable insights into the intersection of business, diversity, and social responsibility. This opportunity exemplified my commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the corporate sphere, and I am proud to have represented the University of Oregon with integrity and passion.

I played a key role in promoting women's empowerment and leadership development within our community.
