I am responsible and I am able to advise on the actions of the Food Loss and Waste along the food chain.Also, I am a creator and writer of the blog called "Stop Food Waste". Blog with information and tips in order to reduce and prevent food waste at homes.In addition, I am a leader of the voluntary movement "Disco Soup" in Colombia, an initiative against food waste and excessive consumption of food. This movement aims to design simple and participatory ways to combat the food waste by creating a pleasant environment to prepare and distribute food accompanied by music. It is intended to inspire all citizens to think of where their food comes and also to value them.• As a result of the Disco Soup event in Bogotá, I managed to recover and take advantage of 177kg of food (fruits, vegetables and meats) that somehow could have ended up in the trash.• I also succeeded in positioning Bogota, Colombia on the First Disco Soup World Day 2017, where 40 countries from all over the world took part and 100 Disco Soups were celebrated.

• During this consultation, I researched and carried out the national guidelines for the reduction and prevention of Food Loss and Waste (FLW), in order to make known the strong relationship between the FLW and the food and nutritional insecurity that Colombia currently is going through, also to be able to find solutions to reduce them and establish priorities for decision-making. • In addition, I developed a literature review on the problems of FLWs in Latin America, workshops and training that allowed the current construction of FLW guidelines. • I also led different bilateral meetings with strategic entities that were working on the subject, in order to release the methodology of the FLW guidelines and get their support for the construction. • I carried out the production of videos clips on FLWs that were produced in the project, focused on making the producers and consumers aware of the issue and thus gain knowledge.

Bioquilab LTDA, is a laboratory based on the microbiological and physicochemical analysis of food, water, environments and surfaces.• During my coordination of the internal part of the laboratory, I directed and verified the microbiological analyses of the foods made by the personnel in charge, guaranteeing reliability in the results.• In addition, I made different identifications of microorganisms found in microbiological analyses of food, water, environments, etc., achieving preventive measures.• I collected and analysed the different results of the microbiological analyses carried out by the personnel in charge in order to generate reliable reports to the clients.• I led the activities of the personnel in charge, establishing their activities and control of the execution.
